Reproduce:

  1. Log in to trigger login success message

Issue: The width of the error/success messages that show across the site should be changed so that they use the full screen width. Currently, there is white space on the right and the left which looks weird.

Issue not fixed for poster v2.1.

-->reason is that mobile menu button can't be used (see#199)
