Mobile: CTAs on payment settings page not placed correctly

Environment: mobile

Reproduce:

1. Log into account with saved credit cards
2. Go to Account > Payment Settings

Issue:
Note the CTAs "Delete" and "Edit" are misplaced. They should left-align with the card data and display on the same line. Compare with address book. for instance.

Issue not fixed for poster v2.1.

This is still the case in v2.2 but this is not limited to mobile. It also looks weird on larger screens. Also note that the buttons have slightly different colors since the delete buttons are styled as btn-danger which looks irritating in my opinion
