Forms/Address display: remove tooltips

The site currently displays tooltips when mousing over any input field (checkout and account). This also applies to the address/payment data that has already been entered in checkout. This is not very common and distracting. The tooltips should be removed. See exemplary screenshots below:

This is still the case as of posters v2.2, however this is standard html functionality. All elements normally display their title attribute as a tooltip when hovered over. Should this attribute be removed?
