New Shipping/billing address add a format restriction

1 got to checkout as guest
2 fill out your shipping/billing address (fill out the address, city the state and zip with one letter or number)
3 click continue button

-->issue: user can create fake addresses

suggestion: add a format restriction (that also checks if the address is real) to the address input, the city input, the state input and the zip input according to the right country
