Wrong spacing in side by side view

Precondition: You're a registered user with saved credit card(s).

Reproduce:

1 Log in
2 Go to Account > Payment Settings

Issue: There is an extra line, when Firefox browser window is in "side-by-side" view.

It was not clear to me what exactly was labeled as a bug here. I assume it refers to "Credit Card" breaking into two lines when the page content resizes due to the width of the stores displayed viewport being at the lg breakpoint (standard >991px and <1200px) on a desktop PC browser view. If that is the case I recommend closing and reopening this issue under a new name and description for the sake of clarity. If this is the reported issue it is still present as of v2.2
