Feature Request: Customizable Shortcut Positioning

Description

Enhance the user experience by introducing a feature that allows users to customize the position of shortcut links on the dashboard. As shown in the attached image, users will have the flexibility to move shortcut icons to the top or bottom positions for better accessibility and personalization.

Benefits

  • Improved usability and personalization for users.
  • Allows users to prioritize frequently accessed shortcuts for quicker navigation.

If approved, I can create a PR to implement this feature.
