Window size reset when closing/reopening overlay

Provide steps to reproduce the bug:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Load XS overlay
• I use a saved layout (2 monitors, one 1080p, other 4k), not sure if this is relevant.
• Resize one of them
• Close and reopen the overlay

Expected behavior:
The window should stay at the same size that I left it at.

Additional Information:
This has been an issue for as long as I can remember (before the latest patches).
The keyboard remembers its size when closing/reopening overlay, it's just the screens that have issues.

Can confirm this is an issue with saved windows in saved layouts, if you delete and respawn a new window, it's fixed
