when using more than 4 monitors , overlays will not "remember" which monitor was selected for which overlay window [ scrambled layouts /unable to save layout properly]

Describe the bug in detail:
when i have all 5 of my monitors plugged in (for some reaosn one of them is listed as #6 so perhaps that matters too) it will no longer retain my display slection for each window.
ex. i select 1 -5 on new overlay windows each, save that as a layout.
one i reload that layout after selecting a diffret one / or reopen the program , it will display my 4 screens repeated on a few and randomly selected on the others.

overlays retain the memory of the display # selected as it does normally at any lower number of screens.
