Call for maintainers

[Xuanwo]

backon is a simple library and doesn't require extensive development. I will continue to maintain this project and have no plans to stop working on it for now. However, it's still important to introduce more maintainers to this project before everything becomes irrecoverable. This story has happened too often...

I plan to bring on two more maintainers who are interested in helping to maintain this library. I expect them to have some Rust project maintenance experience and to understand how backon works and is implemented. It would be even better if we have already collaborated on other projects.
