I am encountering a recurring issue when trying to upload CSV files in Shinycircos v2.0. Despite using the CSV files provided in the official Shinycircos GitHub repository, I continuously receive an error message stating "Please check the format of the Chromosome data." This issue occurs both when using the web application and running Shinycircos locally.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
Launch Shinycircos v2.0 (both locally and on the web).
Upload the 'chromosome_general.csv' file downloaded directly from your GitHub repository.
Receive the error message: "Please check the format of the Chromosome data."
I noticed that this problem also occurs with other CSV files such as 'point.csv', 'line.csv', after save and moved them on Track data.
Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue or confirm if it's a bug in the application?
Thank you very much for your help and for your work on this project.
Best regards,
Costanzo
