Add command to merge game channels

Sometimes, when a game has a launcher, or different version, several text channels are created for basically the same game. These channels are currently manually joined, by writing directly into the database and remove the duplicate channels afterwards. There needs to be a command to join them.

Idea: /merge #target-channel
