[Feature Request] Themed / Monochrome Launcher Icon

Since Android 13, the user can choose to display an app's Themed / Monochrome App Icon variant.
I'd like to work on this, but it would require the vector file used to create this app's icon (if one exists), or I can create one from the source bitmap but satisfactory results aren't guaranteed.
