Make them use the best weapon and then click on 'Talk'. Talk about the gear and tell them to put their weapon away. Select 'Trade' and then manually unload their weapons. They now have more ammo than they started with. Repeat.)

! Fixed a bug of wrong companion NPC stats, if he/she was drugged at the moment he/she hit a new level. NPCs leveling up while under drug influence don't end up with correct stats - it checks the current stats and not base stats.
! If a companion had the same suit of armor in the inventory as the one he/she had equipped, then after hitting a new level AC stat would drop equal to the said armor amount. This was fixed.
+ In random encounters message window no longer will show two lines describing the encounter, now it's only one.

! Fixed an exploit that you could use to gain too high of stats from drug use - use drug twice, save and load and you can use drugs to raise your stats even more.

! Fixed a bug of determining the addictions of NPCs according to PC stats.
! Fixed a bug of using jet drug on the companions and inability to cure its addiction effects by the jet antidote. NPCs hooked on jet becomes utterly useless - stuck with 1 AP.

* Expanded the way 'ToggleItemHighlightsKey' functions; now it highlights not only the items on the ground, but containers as well. With different color. Combined hotkey item highlight with mouse item highlight to avoid a situation when an item gets highlighted by pointing a mouse cursor on it, then hotkey gets pressed and after releasing the key highlighting under the mouse cursor vanishes. So, to make it easier to see the highlight color was changed from yellow to pink when mouse cursor hovers over an item.
* Fixed an exploit (because perks don't disappear anymore if not picked before next one comes up) that prevents picking multi-level perks earlier than intended. For example, if you don't pick a perk at character level 9 and at character level 12 pick up two levels of the same perk, while in vanilla game, that perk is only available at levels 12 and 15.

* Added ini setting 'ReloadReserve' (to get rid of the annoying 'pick an ammo stack count' window), that changes the way weapon reloading works when you drop the ammo onto a gun picture in the inventory: 0 = use all the ammo packs to reload; 1 or more = (reserves extra magazines) if the amount of ammo mags is more than the reserve, all the mags are used minus the specified reserve amount. And if the amount of ammo mags in the inventory is less or equal to the reserve, then only one mag is used.

Now the remaining free weight is displayed for the item swapping between containers (boxes, car's trunk, etc) and for the stealing or trading (free weight is not showed for merchants, since you can sell them any amount of stuff even if it's more than they can carry). The format is "free weight/max weight" for critters and "free volume/max volume" for containers. The setting 'FreeWeight' is ignored though (= 0) if CritterInvSizeLimitMode not equals 0.
* In the pipboy window, if UseScrollingQuestsList=1, then you can see more than one page by clicking the page number on top (1 out of 2), just like the multi-page holodiscs.

+ Almost completely rewrote and expanded the way quest scrolling buttons work (UseScrollingQuestsList=1) in the pipboy window: bigger size of the buttons, new location, disabled mode when there is nothing to scroll; navigation is the same as the holodisc viewing. And the buttons can be used for holodisc pages as well.
+ Added hotkeys for the pipboy control buttons - '1' for "Status", '3' for "Maps", '4' for "Archives" and '2' for the alarm.
! Fixed two bugs of mousing clicking in pipboy.
* The perk selecting window for the character screen was raised a bit higher.
* Disabled certain perk gaining when under the drug influence if DrugExploitFix=1.

Different localizations use different encodings (Fargus/LevCorp - 866, 1C -1251), that's why there is an option now controlled by 'XltTable'. In the game the switch to Russian language is handled by a key, which was assigned by an ini setting 'XltKey' (by default, Scroll Lock).
* If the setting 'FreeWeight' is on, the color of the text changes to red when someone is overloaded.
