Upgrade to 2023.04.04a~ynh1 highjacks the PHP8.1-fpm

Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

After the upgrade of Dokuwiki, PHP8.1-fpm fails to start.
It looks like Dokuwiki messed up something:

Another FPM instance seems to already listen on /var/run/php/php8.1-fpm-dokuwiki.sock

Because of that, the Nextcloud doesn't work. Any workaround?

I have the same issue with a RPi 2B 1.2, rest is the same. But have no solution on this time.
A solution/workaround for this would be great.
