SSO don't work when Dokuwiki is installed on a subdomain

I'm not automatically logged into Dokuwiki when it is installed on a subdomain.
Although I'm logged in YunoHost, I need to log in Dokuwiki (works with my YunoHost credentials).

In opposite, everything is ok when Dokuwiki is installed on root domain.

Tried to reproduce your issue without success...

Is the behavior the same since dokuwiki installation, or is it happening since an upgrade?
Did you tune the dokuwiki configuration?
Did you trying installing another instance on another subdomain?
What is your YunoHost version?

I did not tune the Dokuwiki configuration.

I noticed this issue because I wanted to move my Dokuwiki installation on a subdomain (it was installed on root domain). The operation succeed but I had this problem with the SSO
To be sure if that was (or not) because of my domain migration : on another YunoHost instance (same version), I removed Dokuwiki and tried to install it on a subdomain : same issue. If I remove it and install again on root domain : no problem, SSO is working. I tried on different subdomain, with default path and custom path, the behaviour is the same.
After your comment I tried to install two Dokuwiki version : one on root domain and one on a subdomain : I have the same behavior : automatically logged on the root domain instance and not logged in the subdomain instance.

I will try soon on YunoHost 2.7.7

OK, I got it reproduced!
It seems to only happen if your Dokuwiki instance domain is different from the YunoHost instance main domain.
Yet, I have no idea about this issue at the moment, and I fear an upstream bug... 😦
