Value for admin tile visibility isn't saved during an upgrade #115

Describe the bug

After every upgrade the admin tile is visible again and I have to disable it manually again. Can we save this value somehow during an upgrade?

Steps to reproduce

Just upgrade the app.

Expected behavior

The admin tile should stay hidden if this setting was set before the upgrade.
