Hi,

I have the latest version of Wordpress installed on the latest version of Yunohost.

The issue is I want to get and post using the Wordpress api but when I add a user in order to create an app specific password so I can access the api I am shown this error:

"Your website appears to use Basic Authentication, which is not currently compatible with Application Passwords."

I have googled a solution and most seem to be around turning off basic auth, but I have another Wordpress site not installed on yunohost and both basic auth and app specific passwords work fine without any plugins or changes.

How can I fix this on my Yunohost Wordpress please?
