Segmentation fault on example

Hello,

Z3 rarely crashes with a segmentation fault on the attached example. From my testing, it appears to come up when the par-or tactic is used.

I have been able to replicate the issue on several configurations (Windows 10, Ubuntu 20.04 and 20.04.1, Z3 versions 4.9.1 , 4.11.2 and [4.12.1).
