При установке HD.rusterm после ввода информации о подключении к БД открывает страницу с результатом установки и все.

Apache/2.4.29
Mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.1.34-MariaDB

PHP 7.2.10 и близко не поддерживается.
Смотрите новую версию https://github.com/ZENLIX/ZENLIX-2
Не факт что она поддерживает 7, но хотя бы багов точно меньше да и функционал побольше.

У меня PHP 5.6 и все равно та же история
