Migrate SVN/Trac users to GitHub #4

  • this can probably be done manually: add existing Trac developers to this ZOO-Project Github "Developers' team
  • (I think automating this could be ugly, so I'd say this should be done manually instead, since I don't think we have hundreds of devs)
    Feedback/plans welcomed.

Indeed, using Developers team looks like a great idea.
As mentioned in #2, I used an authors.txt file corresponding to the information initially provided by the developper as Full Name <email>. Still, I am unsure if the GitHub account will automatically be linked or not if we use the svn2git solution.

Indeed we have only 15 different developper accounts (with some which are virtual like transifex for instance).

We have the full list of contributors to the source code using the SVN linked to their corresponding GitHub accounts.

I think moving Trac users is not a requirement.
