Suggestion: Allow user-specified image format/quality/size

Generated images seem to be full quality and full size WebP format, resulting in a relatively large filesize. I tested with a medium-sized manga panel and it exceeded 100KB. It'd be nice to be able to set format, quality, and size defaults, like the Anki addon Paste Images As WebP, or for this fork to be compatible with that addon.
