Does not work and the error:

First occurred: 09:21:06 (3 occurrences)
Last logged: 09:21:19

Unable to install package smartrent.py==0.4.0: ERROR: Cannot install smartrent-py==0.4.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
