MySQL CPU Usage 100% Upon Full Item Loot/Store

We've discussed this issue before causing a lot of Lag on the Server by having too many query's do everything at once. Ironically after 1.3.4.3 update (Even though we are still using 1.3.3.3 and fake versioned to 1.3.4.3) the lag has returned. This probably has to do with any update/fix related to Chests.

I wonder if this can be fixed or looked into, or completely disable this feature as without it, it would force me back to using the older InfChests.
