[Suggestion] Buff timer alternative (just icon instead of bar to track buffs)

Just wanted to suggest possibly adding a feature to allow buff tracking with just the icon (similar to weakauras icons in wow) with options to add glow, etc.

Will have to check out how I would go about this easily, for personal buffs you can try the custom cooldowns for now (make sure duration is filled in).
