Humble bundle SC Voices not working

Hi,
First of all, thank you very much for your work on these great patches.
I got both FC as well as SC from the humble bundle. Patch worked great with FC, but now i was going to get started on SC and the patch doesn't load when i open them game. Downloaded the latest versions and still can't get it to run.
Is it a problem with the humble bundle version of the game?

Hi, please make sure:

1. Your game is up to date (with March 2019 update)
2. Your voice patch is up to date: The latest release
3. Your voice scripts are up to date: The latest release
4. Voice patch, voice scripts and voice files are installed correctly. If they are installed correctly, the structure will look like this:

Game's Installation Folder/
├── dinput8.dll
└── voice/
    ├── ed_voice.dll
    ├── ed_voice.ini (generated after launching the game)
    ├── scena/
    |   └──... (._SN files)
    | 
    └── ogg/
        └──... (.ogg files)

Voice patch and voice script are up to date.
I think it might be the Humble Bundle version that is not up to date with the other versions. It is dated of February 7, 2018, 4:33:24.
