v0.2.0-BETA-7

BETA-7 fixes some bugs in BETA-6 , which implements v1.0.3 and makes a couple minor changes, but really this is just the final one before I publish, probably tomorrow or Monday.

v0.2.0 implements Shattered v1.0.0 and adds a whole slew of changes. Notable ones include a complete Rat King's Wrath rework, a Multi-Shot rework, new talent icons, enchant improvements, and other huntress buffs. There's more those, please see the changelog to get a full picture of the changes.
