What would you like to be added:
If update repo breaks, we should issue a better message instructing the user that maybe the repo changed visibility and to try to add it again.

Current error feedback:

Error: 404 Not Found-{"message":"Not Found","documentation_url":"https://docs.github.com/rest/reference/repos#list-releases"}

Why is this needed:
For a better user experience and guidance in case of errors
