Keep getting low id #71

The only internet i have is my phone or public wifi. I use vpn on both. But cant seems to find how to forward s port on my phone so my tablet can connect with high id. I keep disconnect from server if i ever connect to them because of low id.

The same issue. Port forwarding doesn't help.
