Allow automatic updating of port database and custom labeling of ports.

The port database should be updated automatically from IANA, and users should be able to custom label higher ports. This will be useful for LAN auditing and allowing users to keep track of what services are where in their LAN.

The updating of data from IANA is all set and will be in the next release. I'll open a new issue for the labeling of ports.
