What happened?

Hi, i am facing with my app factory the issue, that 113 would not created. I looked then into evergreen and there only 112 is available. I downloaded this as a test and found out that the msi in behind is the 113 what is needed and what should be the latest.

We solved it now with workaround, but can u chnage this little mistake or can i help with that in any way?

Hopefully i posted it not wrong, otherwise give me a hint

Best regards
