In https://www.svenknebel.de/posts/2018/11/8/, Telegraph offers me to send a Webmention to
the URL Max">https://example.com">Max, a string which doesn't just appear in a link, it doesn't even appear in the source at all. The closest is <a class="u-author h-card" href="https://example.com">Max Mustermann</a> in a code example.
