The system for hacktober doesn't check what you are adding, it checks the amount of PRs coming in and since the PRs coming into this repositories were a lot, the Hacktober System considered it to be spam and excluded it, there is nothing we can do about it.

Go through the resources tab of the hacktoberfest website, they have a huge list of websites that help you find good repos to contri in

@abhpd the Hacktoberfest website is very clear that repositories that encourage simple PRs as a way to quickly win a shirt will be excluded. It's likely you have not heard a response because this repository so clearly falls under that category, and they have so many other similar repositories to deal with that replying to every single one of you individually would be a huge waste of time.

Bad repositories will be excluded.
We've seen many repositories that encourage participants to make simple pull requests – to quickly gain a pull request towards winning. While these projects may be a valuable learning tool for new contributors, they often aren't valuable and high quality contributions to open source projects, and go against one of our core values for Hacktoberfest.

Some examples of projects that don’t follow the values of Hacktoberfest include:

Projects asking contributors to add their name or profile information to a list
