Re Implantation of old cms downloader

Simply same functionality however better code quality.

Installation

$ git clone https://github.com/aboueleyes/cms-downloader-refined
$ cd cms-downloader-refined/
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

And then configure your config.yml file. according to your needs.

Usage

$ python3 src/main.py
