How Permissions work in Microservice Demo (eShopOnAbp)

In eShopOnAbp, I can see that permission definitions from other microservices are being saved in the AbpPermissions table in EShopOnAbp_Administration database

I would like to ask how those data got saved in there.

I can see connection string named "AdministrationService" in the appsettings.json of some services, but I cannot find in the code where it is being used.
