Feature Request: rename directories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I was renaming some directories and then running the app with "onedrive --synchronize", but it do not rename the directories, it delete all of the renamed dirs and the start to synchronize everything again.

Describe the solution you'd like

When I have the same folder content in local and remote sources and I change the local or remote folder name it just updates the folder name, do not need to re-synchronize everything again.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Changing manually the name in both of them to avoid that re-synchronization.

Essentially, because you are using --synchronize .. the client has no visibility of the 'rename' operation - thus the client is operating correctly.

If you were using --monitor as your method of operation, the 'rename' would be correctly handled, as the event is 'known'
