Can I use set annotate without internet access

Hello!
While using set annotate function of CNVpytor we encountered a problem. Due to safety reasons our hpc cluster doesn't have an internet acceess so we cannot use set annotate function as it is. Is there a way we can still annotate files with your tool? Maybe there is a version of your database that we can use locally? It will be very helpfull in out work.

Hi,
Currently, the annotation is done using Ensembl API and there is no option to do using local download. We hope to have the annotation using local files in the future.
