Add support for CbrainFileList for CIVET inputs #154

CIVET currently can be launched in two modes:

a) given a set of n MincFiles, it will create n tasks
b) given a single FileCollection containing n mincfiles, will create the same n tasks

Add a new mode, similar to mode b but working with individual files like mode a:

c) given a single CbrainFileList containing n mincfiles, create n tasks.
