While investigating some performance problems related to the newly introduced windows-2022 runner, I discovered that the checkout post run never ends, getting stuck forever https://github.com/ssbarnea/gha-bug/runs/5287610624?check_suite_focus=true

Even cancelling the workflow does not work!

The workflows used to reproduce this is simple as I was using it specially to debug regressions related to 2022 WSL, see ssbarnea/gha-bug#1

It is clearly visible that jobs on ubuntu and on windows-2019 with wsl1 passed normally in like a minute while the other one got stuck.
