Let's go:

• Ruby 3.0.2

• Rails, Redis, Sidekiq

• Postgres. Username: postgres | password: password. Check config/database.yml

• Create && migrate should be ok.

• Tests - tbd.

• Capistrano for deploy, all nessesary things stored in credentials

• All you need is master key or create fresh credentials.ymy.
