UI iusse, Terminal window fixed and smaller than display. #69

On MacOS, the terminal window that launches is fixed in size, yet the display larger by about 20% making for scrolling the window in addition to scrolling the buffer.

Minor but annoying.

Appears to be a deliberate setting here

@toddtreece Was there a reason you locked down the terminal window size?
