Can you disable User Button check?

Quick question, is there a way to disable the check for the second Button, im using the User Button of my Feather nrf52840 to switch between modes amd sleep Mode, when entering sleep Mode it Sets the Button as an alarm and goes to Deep sleep, after Pressung the Button to wake it up it goes into the usb bootloader
