Doctest tutorial on 9.0 and 9.4 #96

Currently the tutorial doctests run only on 9.2. Doctest itself doesn't yet build on 9.4, while on 9.0 it works but the output differs slightly. We could possibly work around the output differences by compiling different copies of the module on different versions.
