Removing a folder does not remove the associated rules.

I would expect it to do so in order to prevent phantom "this name is in use" messages. Further its scary that one of those orphaned rules might run.

Scott, what version of the app are you using? I've tried on 0.5 and the impending 0.6 and all the rules are deleted with a folder deletion.

There is a safe-guard in there for 0.6 though that if a folder is deleted, the rules will not be run, as it process rules folder by folder.
