Do you happen to have any documentation on currency and the positioning of symbols and formatting?

I wanted to simply use the same formats that I am already using for the number-format JS library:

CZK | # ##0. CZK
EUR | €#.##0,00
USD | $#,##0.00

I will give it some thought, I don't really want to get into as much detail as numberal.js has done with Locals but I think I can add something.
