Allow full customisation of the created file name

Right now we have to do something like this for pylint, which is ugly, non-obvious, and disables other, legitimate errors.

This might mean having sybil-extras takes a callable for the shell evaluator, maybe removing tempfile_name_prefix and tempfile_suffixes.
