Harvesters and tanks get caught between two buildings, have to sell building to free it up so it can move again. Tanks stop shooting their target in some cases when hit by another unit.

I can confirm the first part of this bug report -- I built a war factory on a spot that the harvester was driving through, and the harvester got stuck and wouldn't respond to movement commands.
