The etce-lxc "start" command should exit gracefully on failure #2

etce-lxc is a utility to start and stop a network of LXC containers and Linux bridges from an XML description. In the case where the etce-lxc start command detects a failure to launch a network element, it should fail gracefully by tearing down started elements and issuing a user friendly error description.
