[dark shell] the window is showing extra margins outside of the viewing area when maximized

I'm running Brakets sprint 31 on windows 8.1 (build 9431) (i think it might be reproductible in other versions).
When the window is maximized the margin on the window gets outside of the viewing area as expected, but still shows behind the taskbar and on another monitor's area as shown on the image below.
