Running Brackets on Linux Mint, if closing an unsaved file(new or modified) using the quit button on the application window the confirmation prompt comes up as expected however on choosing either 'Save' or 'Do Not Save' Brackets remains running and requires the user press the quit button again. When closing from the menu this does not occur. EDIT
This actually occurs even without the confirmation dialog ie. if there are no unsaved changes the application still requires the user to double click the quit button.

@jacksonweekes thanks for letting us know about this. I've researched it and found that this is really a dup of #4611 so I'm closing this issue. Thanks for filing!
