Test failures related to Infra or Build Issues

This is a placeholder issue for test failures or issues that happen and require changes to either the openjdk-build or openjdk-infrastructure repos.

openjdk-build:

• Mac ： jdk_sound ：javax/sound/midi/Devices/InitializationHang.java failed with Execution failed: `main' threw exception: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError #136 / openjdk-build#202 - ready to retest
• Enable Java10 testing in Jenkins  #228 / openjdk-build#248 - ready to retest
• Enable openjdk_regression tests with openjdk8 with hotspot on s390x got jvm crashed #319 / openjdk-build#257
• Newly re-enabled arm tests build openjdk8_hs_openjdk_aarch64_linux failed #451 / openjdk-build#378

• Enable jdk_awt tests and x11 DISPLAY env var set properly #49 / openjdk-infrastructure#184 - ready to retest
• jdk_beans: ACTION: main -- Failed. Execution failed: `main' threw exception: java.lang.Error: the child property type is not override the parent property type #117 / openjdk-infrastructure#184 - ready to retest
• mac : jdk_bean : tests failed with `main' threw exception: different exception #135 / openjdk-infrastructure#184 - ready to retest
• Enable jdk_awt tests and x11 DISPLAY env var set properly #49 / openjdk-infrastructure#211
• Test build on test-softlayer-rhel74-x64-1 got different ant issue #307 / openjdk-infrastructure#283
• jdk_sound: javax/sound/midi/Devices/InitializationHang.java fails (MidiUnavailableException) #73 / openjdk-infra PR 76 - ready to retest (check pulse audio in ansible scripts)
• openjdk-infrastructure#315 - external tests fail, dockerd (deleted)

Once fix is retested and confirmed to resolve the failure, the associated issues in other repos should be closed.

For 136, both com/sun/jdi/RedefineCrossEvent.java and javax/sound/midi/Devices/InitializationHang.java fail when tested on jdk 8 mac.
